Replacements

If you have purchased something from the WARMACHINE, HORDES, or Bodger Games lines with a missing part, card, or miscast pieces, please write frontdesk@privateerpress.com and include the following information:

  • A Detailed Description of what was missing or miscast and where you made the purchase. (You can include a photo as an aid if possible, or use the picture on the back of the box for reference)
  • The Packed by # (if any) included on a small slip of paper in the product container.
  • Your Name and complete mailing Address

Rest Assured that Customer Support will get back to you as quickly as possible and help to resolve the situation.
