You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify Privateer Press trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials, without prior written consent.

A general exception to the above is granted for the following uses only:

Promotional posters and/or advertisements may include Privateer Press, WARMACHINE®, HORDES™, and/or Iron Kingdoms™ logos and images, provided the materials are promoting Privateer Press products and/or properties at a specific event.
Legitimate publications may reproduce images and artwork provided by Privateer Press in order to support reviews and/or articles featuring Privateer Press products and properties.
Companies may use approved artwork, provided by Privateer Press for use in catalogues, electronic or in print, to promote wholesale or retail sales of Privateer Press products and properties.

Review Copies

If you have a track record as a published reviewer, we are usually happy to send you review copies. When you write to us, make sure you list your credits and references as well as where and when we can expect to see the review. Also make sure that you have settled things with your publisher ahead of time -- some publishers prefer to receive the materials themselves, whereas others let their reviewers do the legwork.

If you don't have a record as a reviewer, try to sell us on the quality of your web site or publication. We'll usually play ball.

Fan Sites

We don't have a problem with people making Iron Kingdoms fan sites -- just please give credit where credit is due by following the policy above.

Software

We are generally open to supporting free software projects that benefit the game community. If you want to use Iron Kingdoms material in such an endeavor, just ask. We'll probably say yes.

We do not allow our materials to be used in any for-profit projects, of course. And we don't want IK-based video games showing up, either, even free ones. Please limit your efforts to character management software and that sort of thing -- utilities, not entertainment.

Marketing Data

If you sign up for our mailing list or otherwise provide us with personal information, we won't distribute it to a third party. We also won't spam you with junk -- anything we send will be based on a sincere belief that you'll find it interesting. At the most you'll get a message a week.
